Do I have to be a first-time buyer?
Not always. Some Texas programs are open to repeat buyers. We will check which ones you qualify for.
Do I have to pay the assistance back?
It depends on the program. Some are grants or forgivable, others are repaid when you sell or refinance. We will explain each option in plain English.
